Company is going through internal changes and pulled the job offline prior to my interview, but the interviewer didn't tell me until our interview time. I still conducted an interview but it's for a role that may or may not become available in the future. The interview process was odd - the interviewer was passive aggressive and picked apart most things I said even though I don't think it was a bad interview. They mentioned they were looking for someone with a bit more experience, but I still received an interview but was told numerous times that that's basically a deal breaker. It seemed odd to me someone would waste their time and mine if I didn't have the very specific amount of experience they were looking for. I asked detailed questions and didn't get much answered and when asked about company approach to certain matters I was told I should be the expert and just do what I've learned. I thought it was odd seeing as that most company's have a company policy, approach or additional guidelines beyond that of HIPAA compliance, state regulations, etc.
