Three interviews with multiple employees, the third being this odd "social" interview at a bar. There was also a take-home assignment they forgot to even ask me about. Unfortunately they harped on a recent mistake the then associate director had made. I should have read more into that red flag.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical stuff. Say you prefer smaller agencies. Talk negatively about a bigger one if you're coming from that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MODCo Media in Apr 2022
Interview
applied online on linkedin and got a email from HR to fill out questions before even the interview process. I answered all their questions and a day later got a rejection email and feedback from them on the process.
How unprofessional this company is after rejecting you and asking a question of would you recommend others. That part makes no sense especially if the person never really got an interview. I would remove that question for those you reject because we will give a low score for you out of 10.
My recommendation is to actually have someone with experience and interview the person before rejecting them with you so called pre-screen questions. You'll have more chances to vet out and find good talent. This process is outdated and shows how many good talents you have passed by.
Pretty straightforward and simple interview. Asked about your own experiences working with social media and various platforms as well as your interest in the company. Zoom process with two leads of the team. However, they will ghost you.
