It was a four-stage process, in-house recruiter first, several team members (both cross-functional and direct) second, with a hiring manager third, and with the founder+co-founder fourth/last. They also requested me to conduct a power point case study to present and skills testing. First few stages were performed via telephone. The last two stages were conducted via video conference and then an in-person. The final stage was with founders and was more focused on an overall cultural fit. The Interview Process was a little long of but wasn't that difficult.
