Interview
The interveiw was pretty simple, the guys that interviewed me were very laid back and simple. I applied on indeed and 2 days later I got a call then we set up the interview time and the next day of the interview they asked me to go for a drug test and the day after that I got an offer letter.

what would you do if a customer asked for a refund and is very upset that the refund was taking long to be replaced in the account. (or something like that) basically how would you handle an angry customer.
i came in to the headquarters location and the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they asked a few questions and i filled out the application again. they set up a drug test and i was hired right away -
Pretty simple interview. They asked what retail experience I had and about my current knowledge of the sports they specialize in. They also had me schedule a drug test where I had to go in a lab and give a urine sample.
