The interview process was designed and they focused on a 2-way communication between the company and the candidate. I had a short few min call with the recruiter followed by hiring manager interview a week later. After that, two VPs interviewed me for an hour the next week and then the invited me to visit their facility. I stayed there for 24 hours and met the team and the leadership. They showed me the facility and we went for dinner and lunch. They also asked me a lot of questions and I had a chance to ask a lot of questions as well. Overall, it was a great experience.
