First a phone interview, then a regular interview with Partners/Managers, then additional interview with other Partners/Managers . First interview was with an HR representative. Second was with managers/partners you would directly work under. Third was with additional partners/manager in your department.

There are 2 partners present and the one woman who does marketing. There will be an HR Representative who introduces you and sets up everything, but they do not sit in on the interview. Very formal attired-- business professional.

Interview
I was first interview over the phone and then invited for an in person interview. I was greeted by the receptionist in the lobby and got a mini tour of the office before the interview started, the IT Head and the HR were present during the interview and it was really engaging as they asked very important questions and asked about my experience.
