MRSOOL Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The first question from him was if I am a candidate or a interviewer(odd question if you asked me). Small talk before technical interview, no interest in my experience. The interviewer does not present much interest in the conversation and any solution provided or approach, he sticks to his solution in his mind and not the one presented by me.
