You are sent an email it says jump on this call at this time. You pick a date and time they have offered. They say you are hired if you are here on this call. There is no one-on-one call. Basically, if you applied you are hired. She's actually looking to hire as much as she can because she's after money. You sign up with her payroll. She's a middle man and wants to dib. She gets money for basically referring you to a platform that you don't need to be referred to be hired. If you no longer work for her, she sends you an invoice for $750.00 and demand payment and says it's in the contract that you signed. There is no mention of this anywhere even on the call that there's a $750.00 if you don't work for her for at least 90 days. She asking questions to see if you are on the platform or not to get you signed up with arise or get you logged in under her. She's recruiting for the money. Also very unprofessional she and the other lady, speaking of other agents, throwing their name around on the call, talking about what needs to be done or who needs a reply, and then giggles. She's been doing this so long she's robotic to the process and just speaking to complete strangers in a rude authoritative manner.

About 130 people were allowed on a zoom call & everyone got the job. Seems kinda sketchy. Not really too sure what to expect next, I noticed in the contract that you have to pay $1,000 if you don’t stay for 5 years. I discovered that after reading these reviews. What should I do? I start my training tomorrow
