Interview
Very fast. I saw the opportunity on LinkedIn and applied directly on safetyio website. One day later they answered me and we scheduled the 1st meeting for next week with a Tech Lead and the Engineering Manager. In the same week I had the 2nd interview (HR and CTO) and 1 hour later I was receiving an email with a job offer.
Interviews were really good, just some talk and a small hands on, nothing like a White Board test.

Questions about team management, communication problems and solutions, scalability and architecture, code style and best practices.

Interview
They asked very few questions, mostly things you would expect from HR and nothing in terms of technical competence. This was for an entry level job though, so that's not super surprising. This was for a job in the US branch, and five years ago, so that might not lelp so much with the German branch.
