MSCI Climate Researcher interview questions

Had a wonderful screening call and first round interview for a climate change research role, but when I progressed to the second round the questions had nothing to do with the role. I asked for clarification and was told (to my surprise) that I was interviewing for a Sales Role. When I corrected the interviewer, he proceeded to deride me for being "unprepared" and "clearly without passion". He also added that I was "unqualified." Very unpleasant and quite odd.
