Interviewing here typically consists of a phone screen, 1st round interview session, and a 2nd round interview session. The phone screen is used to assess aptitude for the job, and is carried out by a recruiter - if you live out of town, you may also have a phone screen with a manager. 1st & 2nd round interview sessions can be anywhere from 2-6 people and are carried out at the local office. Behavioral type questions are asked along with aptitude tests for technical roles.
