One by one interview with three interviewers. Including both soft and hard skills. Written test included as well. Sharing previous project experience will help. Technical skills will focus on troubleshooting, design pattern and performance tuning.

Very straight forward, fast and to the point. 2 introductory high level interviews, 2 technical ones, 1 presentation, 1 HR. Fast turnaround, good structure, good organization, and presentation done in their office.
