The hiring process was quite short. It consisted of 4 rounds of interviews with co workers and your direct boss.

They are specially pickie with your finance knowledge, so you must know the basic concepts regarding bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds, arbitrage, CAPM, portfolios, etc.
Despite being an office in Mexico, the interviews were completely in english.
More chill than I expected. The office demographic is young and so it is easier to relate to the interviewers. They assess you based on previous experiences and your capability to work under pressure and in teams

The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a screening call from HR followed by a technical interview. The questions focused on both technical concepts and problem-solving skills, with some behavioral questions to assess fit. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment.
