I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MSCI (Makati City)
Interview
Four levels of interviews. Wasted my time and did not even let me know that I was rejected.
HR > Onshore Manager > Onshore Team Lead > Manila Senior Associate. HR phone interview, the rest is through MS Teams. Must pass first two levels.
HR was very helpful and encouraging. Onshore manager also engaging and asked meaningful questions. Team Lead asked technical questions and knowledge about the company, but was willing to guide you through. The Manila SA was a bit rude and aggressive, felt that she did not want to really hire me.
