I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MSCI (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2015
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and got an email about some basic questions. However, I contacted them to ask for an opportunity and got phone interview. It went well and scheduled for another phone interview with hiring manager next day.
The second phone interview focused on talking about your experience in the past and I thought we had a great time. So it is truly hard to apply for positions at MSCI.
I applied online. I interviewed at MSCI (Budapest) in July 2017
Interview
After a general talk with HR I had multiple rounds of technical phone interviews with team members internationally. Friendly tone, floor to questions, but the screening process is obviously extremely strict to maintain the high standards of the firm.
