I was contacted via email to see if I was interested in the position and given instructions on how to apply. Then I had a phone interview with the recruiter for the company. We had email communications that detailed instructions on where to go for the interview, what other pre-interview tasks needed to be complete, etc. Everything at this point was done online. I had to complete an online, timed assessment as part of the pre-interview process. I interviewed with three people within the department. I was told they would follow up early the next week, and they did with a phone call. All communications were clear and prompt, and the online portions were easy to navigate.
