No phone screening, just an email invite for the interview. At there you took a test with 50 logical questions to finish in 10 minutes. It's impossible to finish, but they said, don't worry, just try to answer most of you can. After that, start the first interview with someone for HR department.
They said there's another interview after with a technical person, but after two weeks, they sent an email explain they prefer not move forward

Interview
Tacky interview. They called me in, asked me to do a test, the manager asked me to do another two tests and advised somebody else wanted to meet me. They weren't available, so they said they will call back next week and gave me a $25 Starbucks card on the way out. They do not respond to my e mails asking for an update, no class.
Didn't tell me about the job, just smiled and nodded. Terrible recruitment process. No respect for the company.
