HR reached to me first, then interviewed with the whole team, got the offer immediately. Questions are very easy. They asked a lot of question about your work experience.

Interview was over the phone and email. Driving record and background check were checked after online application then employment negotiations commenced. Separate phone calls/emails. 2 years of flatbed experience and coil hauling was discussed.
