MTE Consultants Civil Engineering Technician interview questions

I applied on line and was contacted by HR shortly thereafter. The interview was inperson with both an HR representative and the civil engineering division manager. The interview was very relaxed and i was surprised by how little they asked of my technical abilities. I was contacted with an offer of employment a week later.
