Interview
Had to wait 30 minutes for my interview. Was greeted by someone who wasn't the most pleasant. Pretty much threw me behind someone on the phone and disappeared for like 30 minutes. Then briefly explained the job description asked a few simple questions and that was that. Also, before the interview, I had to contact HR a couple of times for the interview as they asked if I was available then took 2 weeks to write back with the interview date and time.
Interview was quick and easy. Hired in under a week. Remote video interview included situational questions focused on experience, communication skills, independence, problem solving, and real world scenarios overall positive

Interview
The interview process was really straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as call center interview questions. The interviewer was very welcoming and friendly just be sure to know the history and things about the company
The interview process was very easy going and laid back. Great company to work for. The managers was nice and informative. Great hours and work life balance. Loved working there.
