The interview is always set for the right time, every interview varies depending on the position and nature of work. For a customer service function interviews are conducted on conditions and situations, the interviewer creates a tough situation for the candidate to go through in order to test the level of patience, by the end customer service is a job of pressure and stress, only few handles stress and remains patient when facing clients.

First I was interviewed by Senior Manager Loyalty & Retention and then I was referred to human resource department to have a final interview during which my abilities were put on test using different methods!
