MTN Nigeria Manager interview questions

Long recruitment process with stages. The last stage was tough, with case studies, powerpoint preparation and presentations, general panel interview, etc. However, after months of waiting, I was told that my application will not progress due to policy. I don't really know what that is but I gathered from a reliable source that they prefer internal staff. This is common with MTN; they should just open such positions to internal staff only instead of subjecting external applicants to rigorous process when they have decided who to give the role.

It was ok and also nice, so i would give 3 and a half stars, I did the interview online, they asked questions that i would expect them to ask so nothing special there
