Long recruitment process with stages. The last stage was tough, with case studies, powerpoint preparation and presentations, general panel interview, etc. However, after months of waiting, I was told that my application will not progress due to policy. I don't really know what that is but I gathered from a reliable source that they prefer internal staff. This is common with MTN; they should just open such positions to internal staff only instead of subjecting external applicants to rigorous process when they have decided who to give the role.
