The process was straightforward and nothing overwhelming. Everything was communicated about the position in a timely fashion. There was only one interview for the intern position, and it was with other, recent interns who were still working with the organization through different roles.
There was a phone interview for thirty minutes with no idea of the questions. You are only told there will be 10 to 15 questions. The interview was like speaking to an automotron zombie.

I had a phone interview with HR as a general fielding (FYIs, mandatory vaccine/drug testing, family working at MU or MUHC) then had two Zoom interviews with depts and one in-person.
