Face to face stage - problem solving questions related to ETL and security aspects, then going through a list of standard C# and SQL questions. Normally you did not expect a cutting edge technologies in banks or large organizations, but based on interview I've got an impression that their technology stack is below average. They never come back with the feedback, I would assume culture is also below average.
