Total process took about 6 weeks. Process was straight forward and standard with initial call . Was contacted by a recruiter who did the usual screen to see if I would be a fit for the role. Was cleared and scheduled to meet the team. First interview was with the hiring manager who was very personable and helpful with questions. Later that day, the recruiter called me saying it went well and scheduled a call the next day with another senior on the team. After that call, received another interview request with another senior member of the team. All the interviews went well I thought. This took a span of about 2 weeks. I didn't hear back from the recruiter after the third interview and sent a few follow up emails. After the third follow up email(3 weeks), received a system automated email that informed me I didn't receive the role. It felt very unprofessional that I wasn't able to receive any feedback, and was very unfortunate that all communication was dropped.
