The interview process wasn't difficult. The Senior Traders seemed very nice but at the same time asked me how would I be able to manage mental stress under distressed situation.

First stage interview - spoke to HR via teams. Went through previous experiences and skillset q's. Not a technical interview, they just wanted to get to know me etc. Lady from HR was nice

Decent interviewer he was very transparent which i appreciated from the start i knew i would not get the role mainly due to immigration related matters but the technical engagement and what the role offered the diversit in the currency profile was something i really wanted
