After the application, a meeting with H&R is planned. If it is successful, another meeting is set with the managers to talk about technical backgound and skills of you. It is a general discussion about what you are able to do and which works have you done before. If it is successful too, you receive a personality test link and fill it. Then finally, another meeting is set with H&R to discuss about the test results.
