      Interview

The process was pretty smooth, simple questions like why should we hire you? Interviews on 09/19 and started working on 09/27. The process was weird literally started training had one day, got an email saying training would be cancelled the next day due to hurricane Ian which is understandable, all come back that Thursday, work half a day they tell us to go to lunch then we get an email saying training is cancelled due to the hurricane until further notice and we all would get an email by the following Monday see when training will be resumed. Literally Friday 09/30 got an email saying they are letting us go because the economy bs and they basically cant afford to have us on board, very weird. Honestly wouldn't recommend working here, even during the full day of training they are so quick to say you are replicable and one trainer in particular was just super nasty, and rude to everyone.

      Question 1

Why should we hire you? How many years have you worked customer service? Are you okay with over coming objections? How would you handle over coming an objection?
