There were 3, with the local GM twice and one with the regional VP of Safety. The local interview was not difficult if the individual applying for the position is familiar with transportation safety. It’s a plus if the individual previously held the same or similar positions with one of the similar contract companies with some success. These positions will also have some HR responsibilities as well.
