Very hands-off, answered a tonne of questions via forms without ever speaking to a human being and then had to record a video talking about my strengths and weaknesses. After many days jumping through hoops, I was told they wouldn't take my application further and when I asked for feedback they simply resent their last email saying I was not successful. I found that to be quite disrespectful considering the time it took me to do the application process.
