The interview process at MWeb consisted of 2 structured stages. It began with an initial screening call with HR and Design head, followed by a formal interview with the design and marketing leadership team to discuss my experience, portfolio, and approach to brand and digital design.
I then completed a practical design assessment focused on creating marketing assets aligned to brand guidelines and business objectives. This was followed by a final interview to review my work, discuss my design thinking, and assess cultural and team fit.
