Three rounds of interviews. HR screening, talk with the boss, and then a panel of two panels. The interviews did not inspire any confidence in the company, product, or current structure. They were quick to admit they couldn’t keep people in the role, and were missing essential data to do the job. This is not a company that cares to set its employees up for success. That much was clear
