Interview
Had me interview for 2.5 hours with 5 different people, then came back following week for another 2.5 interview with another 2 people. Seems like the only thing they literally care about is why you want to work at MX and what you know about their values and mission. They didn't ask me a single question that actually pertained to my experience or anything towards the job I was applying for. The whole interview process really turned me off on the company. The culture is your typically Utah county culture. There is a reason MX has a bad reputation in Utah. They also advised me how they have done 2 mass layoffs recently which is always a bad sign for any company. I would not recommend applying here.

What is your favorite value and how does it resonate with you?
We have never had a mass layoff at MX, so I'm not sure where the misunderstanding was. We absolutely vet for culture fit as well as values alignment. It's critical for us to get the right people in the door at the rate we're growing. Best of luck in your search.
