Disappointing interview experience.
The entire process took almost two months.
Three separate interviews, one with the Lead, one with multiple panels, and then another round of executive panels.
Then they ghost you.
For a company that boasts about their culture and their internal work environment, the way they treat interviewees is backwards.

They like to bring up their company values. Which again, seem backwards, since they don't treat you the same.

After drilling you on company culture, they will ghost you for several weeks and give you zero feedback. You will feel insecure and wonder what it was about your personality they disliked so much. Or, maybe it was just that you got that one technical question wrong? What about all of the other cool technical stuff you do know that they never asked about?
So misleading and inconsiderate.

A series of zoom interviews with 1-2 people over the course of a few weeks. Some technical questions and lots of culture and mentality questions. No whiteboard questions were asked.
