The recruiter pursued me for months. I finally agreed to speak with him and all lights were green. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. Had my initial interview which went well and that's when things went south. Scheduling was very difficult and confusing. Had a great meeting with the head of sales. She was incredibly dynamic and smart. I would have loved to work for her. We were scheduled for the panel interview, then it was canceled right beforehand. I was told they were having trouble getting the team together for a panel interview. Multiple times I was told they were working on rescheduling - then, nothing. They (He) stopped responding to emails. Ultimately I withdrew my candidacy. If they can't get their recruiting act together, what kind of internal environment would it be?
