MX Logistics interview questions

This by far was one of the WORST interviews I have had in a long time. The interview was over before it even started. I had agreed to do a pre interview with the person. The interviewer was difficult to understand due to an accent they had. They also either had to much way too much coffee or energy drinks in them. What I mean by this is that they were talking to me a mile a minute. I barely got a word in edgewise. The interviewer was more interested in ticky tac issues such disciplining workers and performance reviews rather than anything else. Very odd and weird overall. They finally decided I was "not right" for the job and told me so on the phone. Totally not comfortable though out the whole interview process. Probably dodged a bullet not working for this company.

Manager will email you in regards if you are interested in being in an interview. They communicate via email mostly. They will arrange an interview then will call you again if they like you. A manager will send you an offer along with your hours that is subject to change. A drug test and background check is necessary.
