Interview
1 round over the phone, 2 rounds with a total of 12 people onsite and an additional round over the phone. After 4 rounds of interviews, which went really well, the Company didn't have the courtesy to update the result. My follow up emails have all gone unanswered. Horrible waste of time with terrible people who put themselves over everyone else. Two rounds of onsite interviews and they didn't even care to offer a snack. The onsite interviews were conveniently broken up into multiple sessions, so that they could save some dollars for lunch. If you ever make it to their onsite, ask them to schedule a single session and know beforehand that their parking structure is located in an offsite parking space, which means that you need to schedule an additional half hour just to get to and from the interview to parking.

Interview
The worst candidate experience I’ve ever had. They approached me and I had a call with the recruiter (who spent most of the time bragging about her own achievements. There was a call and 2 onsite rounds and then another call. Everyone made a big deal about the perks and then how they don’t ‘pander’ to millennials. They don’t do anonymous employee surveys. The 2nd onsite I was supposed to meet 4 people but was left for 1.5 hours in the room on my own, then when someone did come in, they were pulled out by the COO who acted like I wasn’t there and the other 2 never turned up and all I got was ‘I’m not going to apologize as it’s always like this’. I was verbally offered the role and they said they just needed to confirm the equity and asked for my paperwork. I then heard nothing for over a week despite following up and was eventually told they’ve put the role on hold.

Interview
A recruiter from the company reached out to join the team as a project manager. The pre-screen went ok and then several weeks later the recruiter calls back for a second interview with a manager. Based on the managers questions, he was interviewing for an entirely different role than what I was originally interviewing for. He only asked two questions during the entire interview process and did not hear back from the company letting me know I was not selected either way. I felt the communication was poor.
