Maandag interview questions

I applied via a recruiter in February 2026. We had a screening call, then I got an invitation for an on-site interview, as the online interview option wasn't available. The interview was with the same recruiter who reached out to me. We were scheduled to interview with the Recruitment Manager, but she was unavailable. The Recruiter said they would get back to me with feedback within two days, but I haven't heard from them. What concerned me was that I was asked about my age and if I have kids. I answered that question, but I wasn't expecting it from a global company; this behavior is more common in small companies in the UAE.
