Straight forward interview with some technical and interpersonal questions that lasted no more than 1 hour. Was interviewed by 2 members of the team. Good experience overall and feel that they are looking for the correct cultural fit.

The interviewing style does not involve competency based questioning, instead it is based more around whether the candidate has a genuine interest in the field as well as any relevant past experience. The interviewers aim to get the most out of the interviewee and assess whether the candidate is a suitable fit for the team

Interview
Had skills in engineering and EHS. Met with the EHS director, Civil Engineering Leader and an Environmental Specialist. Wasn't asked overly technical questions that would be difficult to answer. The questions they asked were on point and relevant to the position.
