I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MacKay Shields in Jan 2021
Interview
Fairly straightforward, two or three rounds of interviews with a few managers solo and on zoom, fairly regular questions and they give you a history of the company and what they do
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MacKay Shields (Princeton, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
Long interview process comprised of 4 virtual interviews combining eight different people asking the same questions. Then taking PTO to go on-site interview with three more people, again - asking the same questions. The primary hiring manager and I got along great and he practically assured me that I was the front-running candidate. This process began in October and lasted through to December of 2022. The process was ended with "no reply" emails and totally devoid of any professional courtesy. They led me to believe that I was at least on the short list only to be completely cut off from any communication of the outcome of the hiring process. If I didn't get the job that fine but to not at least take 3 minutes out of your day to reply to an email is not only weird but very unprofessional but ignorant. Better that I didn't get the job than to work with people of lack of common decency.

Question 1
You name it: all the typical out of the box HR questions. Boring. With over 11 interviewers - described my work experience and education Ad nauseam.
