The process was smooth. No difficult questions, just questions about the role one is applying for and also questions from your CV. They were time conscious as well. It went well.

Why do you want to work as a customer service representative
The interview was brief, I was only asked to introduce myself and explain why I feel I'm the appropriate candidates for the job. They wanted to test our confidence when answering questions. They addressed us so respectfully and tried to make every one relaxed before the interview started.
