Like all the interviews posted on Glassdoor, there's three rounds: first is a call with a Sr. Consultant, second is a call with a Project Manager, third is on skype with the CEO.
First round was a 45 minute call with Alex Balogh, a Sr. Software Consultant who had been there about 4-5 years. He's a great guy and I thoroughly enjoyed our interview/conversation. The interview started with basic resume and behavioral questions. Then, some technical Java questions on object oriented programming (OOP). Finished with a brain teaser. He was very good at explaining their culture; most employees are 20-30 years old, they have an xbox 360 and gamecube for fun, they do a lot of company events, people get along as friends, dress is very casual, etc. I don't have any SQL experience which he said was fine, but he would have asked me questions on that if I did.
A few days later, I was contacted by Carlos Santander, a Program Manager who had been there for about 4-5 years as well. The second round interview was a call for about 40 minutes. He also asked me if I knew SQL even though I told Alex that I didn't, so it doesn't seem like they share results with each other. Like other interviews, repeat questions might occur. Carlos also asked me resume , behavioral, and technical questions, but no brain teaser. I was able to answer most of the technical questions fairly well except one about singleton and factory, I haven't had experience with design patterns in Java.
I didn't make it to the CEO interview round unfortunately, HR sent me a rejection email.
