Interview
Two-stage interview. One to test technical skills in AutoCAD and Rhino 3D by the Design Head of Department and the other with Human Resources. Most interviewees are ruled out during the first stage.
simple process that did not seem to be adequate or make you feel like they were going to treat you like a human being. People seemed nice but didn't seem to care.
