Interview
3 stages. First = telephone call, Second = meeting with a Manager, Third = Interview with the two Managing Directors. I was asked questions mainly around my motivations for why I wanted to do Recruitment.

Smooth and thorough, made me feel relaxed and calm. initial call, then formal online interview then interview with 4 companies then in person interview and then one more for london office

Approached on LinkedIn, had a phone call, went in for an interview. Bloke was very casual and questions were quite odd, even uncomfortable. 'This is a very male-dominated environment, how would you cope with that?' - for example (I am female).
