The process included a phone screening and two rounds of in-person interviews. The interviewers represented a variety of employees. There was also an in-person skills assessment. The interviews were straight forward. The skills assessment was easy if you have intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and can demonstrate clear business writing.

I applied through LinkedIn and heard back from someone within a week or so. The overall recruitment process from start to finish took about a month. There was an initial phone interview, a skills assessment and 2 in-person interviews. The initial phone screen is with an HR representative and the following interviews are for you to meet with various team members.
