      Program Manager Interview

      28 June 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MacroFab (Houston, TX) in Mar 2022

      Interview

Did 5 rounds of interviews, 6 if you count the phone screening. Over all, the Interviews we’re pleasant. It’s been about a month since my last interview and I haven’t heard a word since. Annoyed I got ghosted, I consider it pretty unprofessional but I already knew I didn’t get the job when one of the interviewers started texting in the middle of the 5th round conversation. I guess they still need to figure out their interview processes. A simple, thanks for your time but it’s a no, would of sufficed. Professional courtesy goes a long way.
