Mad Catz Interactive interview questions

It took 3 Interviews to finish the process. First one was just the usual questions: Tell be about yourself, how do you see yourself in 5 years... So on. Next one was to speak about conditions and discuss about my portfolio, then they send me a trial to do at home.

Met with several people in the company at trade shows and waited for an opening. Did some freelance work for the company before a formal offer was made. Had lunch interviews with upper management before they made a formal offer. I believe most co workers share the same sentiment when I say that the company has many great and friendly people, but the business strategy and past reputation of the company are hurdles to overcome.
