Mad Collective interview questions

After applying to the job position, I had my first call with the recruiter to talk about the company and responsibilities of the position. I also had another interview with the manager.

Applied via linkedin "easyapply" process, received a response by email a week later that I am not suitable even though the requirements completely match, without any details and human contact details, it seems automatic email.
