This interview process took almost 2 full months (which seemed odd for not being a huge company). I had 3 interview each with different people/groups. Each interview pretty much asked the same questions. And I had to follow up a lot to hear for the next steps. A few times I had to send multiple follow ups when 2-3 weeks had gone by and I didn't hear anything back. After 3 interviews they asked for very specific references. After twos weeks of waiting to hear after that step I was declined the job because I didn't have enough experience (which I felt should have been obvious in my resume or the first two interviews). Other than the process taking forever, it was an overall good experience. I really liked everyone I interviewed with and was really excited for the opportunity. If you have two month or more to wait to see if you got the job then I would say definitely go for it.
