Maddock Douglas interview questions

I interviewed to become an innovation consultant with the firm. I had a good e-mail relationship with one of the members of the team and ended up speaking with Mike Maddock. He was mostly concerned with how he could categorize me and my skills. It was a one on one interview at their headquarters.
